2500 kg Load Capacity

The CPDS25 has a rated load capacity of 2500 kg at a 500 mm load center. This gives it enough capacity for many standard pallet loads used in manufacturing, warehousing and distribution.

It can be used for loading and unloading, pallet movement, rack stacking and moving materials between different parts of a factory.

Three-Wheel Design

The three-wheel chassis is one of the main differences between this model and a standard four-wheel electric forklift.

With a 1900 mm turning radius, the truck can turn in relatively limited working space. This is useful in warehouses where aisle width and available floor space are important considerations when selecting a forklift.

The compact layout also makes frequent direction changes easier during everyday pallet handling.

3000 mm Standard Lift Height

The standard mast provides a 3000 mm lifting height, which covers many common warehouse stacking requirements.

The mast height when lowered is 2180 mm, while the overall mast height at full lift is 4100 mm. Other mast configurations can be discussed when a customer's warehouse requires a different stacking height.

Compact Body for Warehouse Work

Overall truck length is 3390 mm, including the forks, while the length to the fork face is 2280 mm.

Overall width is 1120 mm.

These dimensions, together with the three-wheel chassis, make the truck suitable for indoor areas where operators need to move between racks, pallets and production equipment throughout the working day.

PERFORMANCE FOR DAILY MATERIAL HANDLING

This forklift is designed around practical warehouse use rather than simply maximum travel speed.

Travel speed is 9 km/h when loaded and 11 km/h when unloaded. Lifting speed is 0.24 m/s under load and 0.30 m/s without load.

Maximum gradeability is 15%.

For braking, the truck uses a hydraulic + mechanical service brake together with a mechanical parking brake.

These specifications make the CPDS25 suitable for normal loading, stacking and warehouse transport where controllability and maneuverability are important.

ELECTRIC DRIVE SYSTEM

The CPDS25 uses an AC drive control system with a 7.5 kW rated drive motor. The rated lifting motor power is 8 kW.

Electric drive is particularly useful for indoor material handling because there are no tailpipe emissions during operation. Noise is also lower than with a conventional diesel forklift, which matters when forklifts work close to warehouse or production staff.

The battery specification can be configured according to the customer's required working hours and application.

FORKS & LOAD HANDLING

Standard fork dimensions are:

The fork carriage has an outside width of 1040 mm.

For standard pallet handling, the truck requires an aisle width of approximately 3580 mm for a 1200 × 1000 mm pallet and 3780 mm for an 800 × 1200 mm pallet, based on the supplied specification.

Different fork dimensions and attachments can be discussed for applications that do not use standard pallet sizes.

TIRES & CHASSIS

The specification provides pneumatic/solid tire options. Drive tire size is 650-10, while the steering tire size is 15 × 4.5-8.

The truck has a wheelbase of 1606 mm and an operating weight of approximately 3300 ± 200 kg including the battery.

The combination of a compact wheelbase and three-wheel configuration is intended to give the truck better maneuverability without reducing its 2.5 ton rated capacity.
