Forklift Spare Parts & After-Sales Support

Buying a forklift is the start of a working relationship. Once the truck reaches your warehouse, you need to know who to contact, how to get the right replacement parts, and what support is available when something goes wrong.

At EIOUU, we support our electric forklifts and electric stackers with spare parts assistance, a 12-month warranty, and technical service for overseas customers. For faults covered by the warranty, replacement parts are provided free of charge. We also arrange annual on-site visits by technicians to help customers inspect equipment, discuss maintenance issues, and improve day-to-day operation.

Whether you are buying trucks for your own warehouse or supplying them under your own brand, our aim is straightforward: help you keep the equipment working and make after-sales matters easier to handle.

Forklift Spare Parts

12-Month Warranty with Free Replacement Parts

Our forklifts come with a 12-month warranty, subject to the terms agreed in your sales contract. If a component develops a fault covered by that warranty, we will provide the approved replacement part free of charge.

When you report a problem, our technical team first needs to understand what happened. A warning code, a short video, or a clear photograph can often help identify the issue. This reduces the risk of sending a part that does not solve the problem.

Once the fault and warranty coverage are confirmed, we arrange the appropriate replacement and explain the next steps.

Warranty coverage applies according to the agreed conditions. Normal wear, accidental damage, incorrect operation, and unauthorized modifications are handled under the relevant warranty terms. The warranty start date, delivery arrangements, and any associated charges should be confirmed in writing before shipment.

We want customers to understand these details from the beginning, with a clear process to follow if support is needed.

Spare Parts Matched to Your Forklift

Two forklifts with the same lifting capacity may use different electrical components, hydraulic fittings, or drive assemblies. Even within one model range, parts can vary according to the production version and the configuration ordered.

That is why we check compatibility before confirming a replacement.

When requesting forklift spare parts, please provide the model, serial number, and a photograph of the original component where possible. If the part has a label or identification number, include a clear picture of it.

This is especially useful for electrical items. A connector may look similar while the voltage, wiring, or controller settings differ.

We help customers identify parts for the equipment supplied, including electrical, hydraulic, braking, steering, and other service components. Availability and delivery time depend on the specific item.

For OEM and ODM orders, please also mention any configuration changes agreed during production. These details help us match the replacement to the truck you actually received.

Technical Support When a Problem Appears

A forklift that stops during a busy shift needs a practical response. The first step is to collect enough information to understand the fault without creating more downtime.

Tell us what the operator noticed. Did the problem occur while lifting, travelling, charging, or starting the truck? Is there a warning message on the display? Does the issue happen all the time or only under certain conditions?

Our technical team uses this information to guide the initial checks and determine what further action is needed. Depending on the issue, support may include photographs, video communication, or written instructions.

Some problems can be traced to a loose connection, an operating setting, or a maintenance issue. Others require a replacement component or inspection by a qualified technician.

Where a fault could affect safe operation, the truck should be taken out of service until it has been properly assessed. Repairs involving electrical, hydraulic, or lifting systems should be carried out by suitably trained personnel.

Annual On-Site Technical Service

Remote communication is useful, but some questions are easier to resolve beside the machine. EIOUU arranges annual on-site technical service visits to support customers with equipment inspection and maintenance discussions.

During a visit, technicians can review the condition of the forklifts, discuss recurring faults, and help the local team understand areas that need attention. Seeing the trucks in their actual working environment also helps us understand how they are being used.

A warehouse running one shift has different maintenance needs from a facility operating throughout the day. Dust, floor conditions, ramps, loads, and charging habits can all affect service requirements.

The annual visit provides an opportunity to discuss these details and plan maintenance more effectively.

Visit timing, destination coverage, service scope, and any applicable travel or service charges are arranged in advance according to the purchase agreement. Customers can prepare a list of equipment and outstanding questions so that the technician’s time on site is used well.

Helping Distributors Support Their Customers

For a distributor, after-sales support has a direct effect on customer relationships. When an end user reports a fault, the distributor needs accurate information and a clear route to a solution.

We work with distribution partners to identify components, review technical information, and coordinate replacement parts for the forklifts supplied.

A useful service report includes the truck model, serial number, operating hours, fault description, and supporting photographs or videos. Keeping these details together makes communication easier between the customer, distributor, and factory.

For partners selling OEM or ODM forklifts, the service record should also identify the original order and configuration. This helps avoid confusion when similar-looking trucks have different specifications.

Our role is to give partners practical factory support while they manage their local customer relationships. Specific warranty responsibilities and service arrangements can be agreed before the order is placed.

Planning a Practical Spare Parts Stock

Waiting until a truck breaks down to order every component can make maintenance harder to manage. For customers operating several forklifts, a small, carefully selected spare parts stock may be useful.

The right selection depends on the models purchased, operating hours, working conditions, and the experience of the local maintenance team.

We can discuss a suitable parts list when preparing an order. This may include routine service items and selected components that are practical to keep locally. The list should match the equipment rather than simply contain as many parts as possible.

Distributors can also use service records to improve their stock over time. If a particular item is requested regularly across the local fleet, keeping it available may shorten repair time.

Parts recommendations, quantities, prices, and availability should be confirmed for each order.

Maintenance Support for Everyday Operation

Good maintenance starts with regular attention to the truck. Small changes are often easier to deal with when they are noticed early.

Operators should follow the inspection procedures in the equipment manual and report unusual noise, leaks, damaged cables, warning messages, or changes in steering and braking.

Maintenance schedules should reflect actual use. A forklift working long shifts in a dusty environment may need more frequent attention than one used occasionally in a clean warehouse.

During technical discussions and annual visits, we can help customers review maintenance questions relating to the equipment supplied. This may include charging practices, visible wear, connection checks, and service planning.

Keeping a simple maintenance record is also valuable. It gives technicians a clearer history when investigating a problem and helps customers see which tasks are due.

Support After the Warranty Ends

The end of the 12-month warranty does not mean you have to stop contacting us.

Customers can continue to request spare parts identification, technical assistance, and quotations for replacement components. Parts and service outside warranty coverage are provided on a chargeable basis according to the agreed arrangements.

Before supplying a replacement, we still check the truck information and component details. This remains important as equipment gets older or parts have been changed locally.

For an older forklift, please provide photographs of the component currently installed as well as the original machine identification. That helps us understand whether the truck still matches its factory configuration.

Availability should be checked for each request, particularly for older or customized components.

How to Request After-Sales Support

To help us review your request efficiently, please send:

  • Forklift model and serial number.

  • Purchase or order reference, if available.

  • Current operating hours.

  • A clear description of the problem.

  • Photographs or a short video.

  • Any warning code shown on the display.

  • Details of checks or repairs already completed.

If you need a spare part, include photographs of its label, connectors, mounting points, and overall appearance where relevant.

Once we have reviewed the information, we will explain the recommended next step. This may be further inspection, a warranty assessment, a parts quotation, or coordination with your local technician.
